Why do I need to register before I can place an order?

We want to make your online ordering as simple as possible. By registering your details will be automatically entered on your order form each time you place an order. This saves you from filling in the same information again and again. You will also be able to view previous transactions and update your details when you log in.

How can I order and find products using your website?

Ordering using our website is simpler then ever. Once to reach our home page you can either use the quick search facility at the top of the page to bring up the product ranges which meet your requirements or click on a category and then on a product. You can adjust the product size and colour option to modify the type of product which best suits your requirements - every time you amend this it will come up with an amended price and product code.

I am coming up with an error page when I try to order- what am I doing wrong?

Whilst every effort is made to make using our website as easy as possible sometimes we get it wrong. Please call 01462 673150 or email csrefurb@aol.com leaving your name and telephone number and a brief message and we will contact you.

What payment methods do you accept?

When you order online we accept all major credit or debit cards.
